After more than two decades of integrating redesign principles with computer technology,
The Valencia Group was formed to navigate the complex waters of healthcare finance. By
forming an expert healthcare management team, TVG is able to offer collective, experienced
analysis and application of information technology to the healthcare revenue cycle. The
result has been the creation of specialized solutions that meet individual institution's
needs.
Mission Statement
From its inception, The Valencia Group has distinguished itself as a corporation committed
to operating according to the highest set of ethical and performance standards. To clearly
define this commitment, TVG adopted the following formal mission statement in 1998:
The Valencia Group is a solutions innovator in the healthcare revenue cycle. Our mission
is to meet our client's needs in the healthcare finance industry through business process
analysis, redesign, and implementation. We hope to consistently exceed expectations and
will measure our success not only by economic impact and client satisfaction, but also by
long-term relationships built on trust.
Methodology
We begin by examining the current processes and mapping your operation. Though many
processes in the healthcare revenue cycle are similar, each institution is unique.
Therefore, only a specialized solution will yield the most efficient and expedient
results for your situation. We never apply apples where oranges work better. Next, we
choose technology routes that enhance the cycle. By tapping into the vast electronic
resources including various databases and servers, we are able to save not only money, but
time. We stress ease of use and maintenance with our systems. Within our own group,
entry-level operators are able to execute a particular process after only ten minutes of
training.
We provide the foundation on which information routes are built and enabled by
technology. This process, however, is driven by people. People are the engines in any
business, and our commitment to individuals, as well as individual businesses, shapes our
solutions.
Core Values
We have developed corporate values as well as structured business methods which provide us
with a strong basis for serving each of our customers.
Simplicity - We simplify the process whenever possible. We believe that if the
processes are simplified, then the process itself is easy to learn and easy to follow.
Honesty - We are honest and straightforward with our clients, associates, and
partners. We carry strong ethical values and believe trust is vital in every relationship.
Attitude - We believe that having the right attitude is essential. Our actions are
professional, but our commitment is personal.
Respectfulness - We respect each person as an individual. All people are created
equally and will be esteemed accordingly.
Efficiency and Effectiveness - We develop processes and enable them with technology.
The outcome is associates performing at their full potential with clients benefiting from
strong patient relations as well as a solid financial cash position.
Management Team
Though our clients are our most valuable assets, our employees are the reason for our
success. We have over 30 employees dedicated to innovation and efficiency in the
healthcare industry.
